It's been almost a year and still no fix. I traded in my beautiful Ram pickup for this hunk of junk when I moved down to Houston, in order to save on gas because I knew I'd be driving it more. I bought the car 5 months before this recall. I haven't been able to use my HYBRID as a hybrid in almost a year. This is absolutely ridiculous. Sending $250 is a slap in the face. I've owned 5 Fords but after this, never again. Ford should be buying back every single one of these vehicles, regardless of warranty status or if you're not the original owner.
