I'm in love with the car so far. I traded in a 2012 CTS-V... So it was a difficult decision with the technology in the Cadillac and the outright performance. BUT, 13/18 mpg vs. unlimited short distance mpg and 43+ long distance definitely made the decision easier... Plus, the technology in the fusion is even beyond that of the cts. Besides, if I need to tear up the streets I'll just take out my supercharged Jag XF. Haha But, I'm loving the car so far. I've had it 4 days now. The trunk space is definitely an issue. I've got a 20 month old and another on the way... So I'm definitely not gonna use the fusion when strollers are necessary... But that's not a daily thing. We can use the Escalade on those trips. That's the only issue I foresee with the car. The ride is great... Technology is awesome... And the economical aspect is phenomenal. I got the car fully decked out with a sticker in the mid $46k. My bro in law works for ford, so I got the d plan which brought the price down around $40k... Not bad for a decked out 2014. :) I imagine I'll be an electric/hybrid owner for life now... At least for my daily driver. :) I did own a 2004 Prius for a few years. I enjoy and prefer the fusion much more. So, I went from a supercharged Cadillac cts, a supercharged jag XF, an escalade, and an f450... All big v8s, to now owning an electric hybrid alongside the gas guzzlers. Nice breath of fresh air to have as a daily driver. Glad to be in the family!
