Also, I generally don't run the heater, only the seat and steering wheel heaters.

Definitly not gas or hard acceleration. I assume that if I run in EV Now mode, when battery power is exhausted it will automatically switch to EV Later (or Auto Mode). Correct?

Thanks. I'll try this tonite on the way home. However, if I'm already in D when I notice it, when I come to a stop and press Seat 1, it moves into place - you're right tho', it shouldn't.

I notice that frequently, when I start my 2019 Fusion energi, the seat memory does not work and I have to manually push button 1. At first, I thought is was because I switched from P mode to D mode but this isn't the case. Is there something that I'm doing (or not doing) that blocks it from working? Thanks.

I have a 2019 Fusion energi. Whenever the temperature slips to below 40 degrees or so, the EV mode switches off and I go to gas mode. The car is garaged so regardless of the outside temp, when I start off in the morning the indoor temp is never less that 55 degrees. Is this Normal?

When I'm in EV mode and I "create" regen miles, does that actually recharge my HEV battery and add miles to the iniital 25 EV miles?

I have a new 2019 fusion energi. Whenever I plug my iPhone X into the USB port, when I unplug it my phone is disconnected. I've disabled USB Restricted Mode on my phone but that doesn't help. Is there a fix?

I have a less-than-week old Energi. It’s got the latest software up date. My iPhone X’s IOS is 12.3.1. My USB Accessories setting is on. Every time ur plug my iPhone in and activate CarPlay, my phone is disconnected. What gives? Any fix?

I just traded my 2013 Titanium Energi for a 2019 Titanium Energi and one thing I was disappointed to discover is that in my model, there are no USB ports in the center console like there were in my 2013. does anyone know if the dealer can add two usb ports in the console post-sale?

I have a 2013 Energi Titanium. On the screen where I have set it to Empower, it shows my mileage at 83 mpg. However, when i go to my "Trip Screen" for Trip 1 it shows 12 + hours of drive time, 135 miles and 687.1 mpg. Trip 2 shows 92 + hours of drive time, 5,838 miles (of which 769 are EV miles) and 134.8 mpg. What do these numbers all mean?

So here's the upshot... I was away for several days and didn't drive the car. When I got back and started, everything worked fine. Go figure.

Ah. That makes sense Q. In the past with other cars, when I've connected a battery, it fried my electronics including, 2x, my radio. Any risk doing as suggested?

Why not a Master Reset first?

Thanks. The fr panel works and the switch works with the radio replay function (as well as the phone function).

I have a 2013 titanium Energi. There is a button on the lower right side of the steering wheel that controls both the radio channel selected and answering and hanging up the phone. Yesterday, out of the blue, it stooped switching between stAtions, whether am, fm or XM. It works with the phone and if, thru settings, I switch to "replay" it works just fine but it won't switch between pre-selected stations or XM channels. Thoughts?
