I picked up a 2014 Fusion Energi with about 180k miles and the drivers side axle seal was torn and leaking. I replaced the seal and axle shaft only to have it start leaking again after about 150 miles. I pulled the axle and seal back out to see if there is a bushing I could replace. But it's not looking that simple. Haven't had it diagnosed anywhere yet, anyone had or know of some experiences like this and can share some info? Thanks!

Hey there, I've had the same issue with 14 energi 130k miles for quite some time. I've replaced several parts over the years, struts, brakes, axles, end links, steering rack, wheel bearings, fluid changes, but it's always there. It's got me looking at the transmission. But I'm curious if you or anyone else find out or have suggestions.
