  1. Thanks for the info!! I'll try to get someone younger and more limber to attempt this, otherwise I may never make it back out!! LOL!! Seriously, thanks for taking the time to reply!!
  2. No, doesn't see it at all. They told me to delete it on the website and re add it. I deleted it and for the last month it won't re-add the car. The confirmation signal never makes it to the car at all. Tried over and over again. They are no help at all and have no clue as to why it won't work. It must be that the ESN field is blank but they dot seem to understand what that is.
  3. My Fusion Energi is great, but I have one annoying problem... After the first 3 days of working flawlessly with MyFordMobile the vehicle is no longer communicating with the site. My salesperson had told me no need to worry about buying a car with Autostart as I could do that from the app. And I could for 3 days. Now it sees Sirius and sync just fine, but cannot connect remotely at all to the app. I spent MANY hours on the phone with them and the best they could offer was for me to pull the fuses and they couldn't even say how to do that. I asked WHY it would happen and won't it just happen again and no answer. I was told to bring it to dealer, but honestly my work schedule doesn't allow me time to do that now. I am also afraid of the many reports here of problems after a "reset". We have 5 cars and have had over 12 Toyotas over the last 20 years and never brought any of them to dealer and now I need to cancel work to bring this to dealer after 3 days and they can't explain why it stopped working. Very upsetting. If they reset it why won't it just happen again. I keep telling them my info screen in sync has an empty field for the ESN for this. The Sirius ESN is there and that works great. This feature did work great at first. So very frustrating. Anyone else have issues with this?

  5. Is it true that if your battery dies you can't get into trunk to jump it, or open gas filling cover? I was told recently. I have my Fusion Energi for 6 weeks now and love it. Never see more than 19 miles on display after a full charge but I am averaging over 60 mpg on my 300 miles per week (half of which is highway at over 70 mph). Also myford mobile app stopped seeing my car after 2 days and can't get it back. Don't have time to go to dealer so its really annoying. All in all.. Great car so far!!
  6. Forgot to add... Vehicle is 2013 Fusion Energi SE. 2 weeks old. Otherwise an amazing vehicle.
  7. Confirmation process not working. MFM stopped working after 3 days. All features had been working great. Stopped updating vehicle info after 3 days. Called support and they bad me delete and re-enter vehicle and that did nothing. They couldn't help so they said they would escalate the problem and I would hear in 3 days. That was 10 days ago. I have deleted vehicle several times and re-added vehicle, on web and in smartphone. No matter which way I add vehicle it takes info and says it is sending confirmation to car but I never get confirmation screens in vehicle. Seems like a very useful app and my salesperson used it in sales pitch as a way to remote start and remote lock/unlock. It would be great unfit worked for kore than 3 days ever. Any ideas??
  8. With the L2 charger are those extra miles "real" or display only?
  9. What happens when it goes to 0? Does it automatically switch modes on its own? I've only had the car a few days and was afraid to let it get too low.
