Good luck with trying to find help with a Ford Energi. I have filed a claim with Ford because they are required to maintain parts for a much longer than 4 years!

I have a 2018 Fusion Hybrid Energi. Transmission went out at 113,000 miles. 4 months out of warranty. Dealer wants $8000.00 to replace with a used trans. I have ordered a salvaged one for $2000.00 and plan to replace myself. Anyone ever do this. I can’t find any service manuals or YouTube videos on this car. Any help would be very much appreciated!
