On 3/8/22 I tried to upgrade the 3G to a 4G modem on my 2019 Energi because it was listed in affected vehicles by model, year, date, and place of manufacturing. The dealership worked 3 hours trying to program it to no avail. Ford contacted me and said that their engineers are working on a fix and will contact me when it's ready. (It's been four weeks now.) My VIN is NOT LISTED in the On-line Automotive Service Information System (OASIS) or the Ford Field Service Action (FSA) for this Customer Satisfaction Program. I miss the MyFordMobile remote functions that could be available with the FordPass app and a programmable 4G modem to access it. What's app with that Bill Ford?
