I have a 2017 Energi Titanium and had the 12V die when I took it to get tire rotation/alignment (the place I took it denied they did anything of course). That caused my auto up/down windows to stop working which I was able to fix but my value charge screen has been essentially frozen. The only thing it registers is the My Go Time page, every other button is unresponsive. It is set on value charge starting at 11pm but whenever I plug the car in, it initiates charging no matter the time of day. Has anyone had that happen before and any advice on resolving? I saw above there might be a Sync 3 reset or disconnecting a battery? There is a battery in the trunk and one under the hood, it's confusing! Thank you!
