Hi there,
I had this problem as well…loud chime from dash when opening door and unlatched seatbelt as well as the power save mode prompt when ignition is on but car is not running. Did a battery check while engine was running and got around 14 volts. Turned car off and got 12.50v and it was dropping .01v per second with the car off and no accessories on. Changed the battery and the door/seatbelt chime went back to normal…soft chime via the entertainment center, not that loud annoying chime from the dash area, and no power save mode prompt.
