MyFord mobile stopped updating...the last update was 2/23/2021. Customer Service for MyFord Mobile seem clueless and useless! I took the car into dealer...sync system was bad, they replaced it. The app still isn't working with my android, so the dealer said to get in touch with MyFord Mobile. AGAIN....clueless and useless! I even called TMobile to see if any android updates coincided with when my app stopped updating 2/23/21. No such luck....1/15/21 and 4/22/21 were the update dates. Both MyFord Mobile and the dealership are pointing fingers at each other at this point and I don't have time for this foolishness. Does anyone out there have any possible solutions for me?
