I found a blown fuse (200А) on the 12 volt battery and a blown fuse (175) on the front under the fuse box. Now the car is in motion but shows me a message to check the charging system. Forscan say - U3000 DC-DC converter. Where to look for the problem?

I have had the car for several months. I am very pleased. Until yesterday. I started the car and after a few meters it suddenly stopped without any electricity. With a jumper we managed to turn off at neutral speed and pushed her to the parking lot. I saw that the 12 volt battery was damaged Battery Cable Fuse 120 200 Amp Box Circuit Breaker. 200 Amp had been burned. I moved the + terminal to 120A, but the car didn't work. Forscan gives me errors U3003, U0253. Where to look for the problem? Thanks
