  1. Anybody have any good recommendations for a custom fit rear seat cover? I’ve got a 2018 FFE Platinum. I’m a man who craves luxury but also has small children and those two things usually don’t mix well. Looking for recommendations for a rear seat cover that I can place two car seats on and protect from any spills. I’ve seen a lot of the generic covers but wondering if there are any good vehicle-specific covers that anyone has had a good experience with? Also looking for driver and passenger rear seat kick-protectors. Let me know if you’ve had a good experience with yours.
  2. Thanks for the tips. Totally forgot that I could try a charging station. I'm new to all this CarMax got me a new cable and it is working great so that must have been it. Plugged it in and the ring illuminates, all is well. So if you have the same symptoms that my car did try a different charging cable.
  3. Took it back to CarMax and they said it needs a new charging cable We'll see if it fixes the issue, I'm sure they are just going with what the easiest fix is
  4. Hi Murphy, thanks for the response. Yes, I plug the EVSE into the wall first. The green LED light illuminates. I then plug into the car. LED ring illuminates clockwise then goes blank. The LED on the EVSE for “vehicle” is not illuminated Went into charge settings to make sure it is set to “charge now” Vehicle is outside, today it was 65 deg EVSE on dedicated outlet, nothing else is in use. Tried another outlet at work, still no luck. Confirmed battery is reading 0% Thanks for your time, got the car from CarMax so I’ll have them take a look at it. Tried all the “easy” fixes I could. Maybe I’m missing something.
  5. I’m having the exact same issue with my 2018 FFE. Did you find a solution. Just purchased the vehicle yesterday. When I plug it in the charge circle rotates and then no lights, charger only has the power led indicator. Car is set to “charge now”. Let me know if you found anything
