    I bought my 2018 Ford Fusion Energi used. I could not link My Ford Mobile App. The Onboard Modem Serial Number (ESN) was not visible. I disconnected the battery for 3 minutes and reattached the battery. After that, the ESN number was visible and I was able to link to the App.
