  1. That's about the same I was going to get on mine. I ended up going with a 36 month lease, however. ChuckJ
  2. Don't forget that 2013s get a 0% financing on leases for qualified buyers and the 2014s use 5% financing. ChuckJ
  3. I had the same thing happen to me. I called Ford incentives and asked for a supervisor (Debbie) at 800-334-4375. She checked it out, found me on the system and called the dealership to either educate them or tell them they would pay (not sure which). I got the check from Ford a week later. I would do that before you go to pick up the car though. ChuckJ
  4. Mine did that for the first 72 hours and then started working properly. ChuckJ
  5. For me (and I suspect many others) the 220 is a must! Thanks for the efficiency calculations guys! ChuckJ
  6. Total miles: 1920 EV miles: 996 Regen miles: 132 I've had one out of state road trip since I've owned the car. ChuckJ
  7. Sorry. Ford incentives is 800-334-4375. Rachael transferred me to Debra, the supervisor.
  8. I didn't realize this at first, but because the vehicle has a locator, it gets another insurance discount of like $120 / year. Be sure you're getting that discount as I wasn't until I mentioned it to my agent. ChuckJ
  9. My Android based "MyFordMobile" is working without issue now including the 4 digit access code. ChuckJ
  10. I put out a 1 page RFP by email and got a lot of responses. I told them the required / desired options and asked for the total cost (including trade-in) and monthly payment. If the dealer met a trade-in threshold for my current car I took it to them for a complete appraisal. I got 5 responses. I thought the first offer I get in was good, but the final offer was $5,000 better (including the 3 year lease cost). ChuckJ
  11. Thanks, BadRock I'll try it. Now I'm wondering if it damages the charger or the car to just pull it out. ChuckJ
  12. Every time I remove the charger from the car I get a message that says that it had an accidental unplugging. It wasn't accidental at all, I intentionally unplug it. Am I doing something wrong? ChuckJ
  13. I had 3 miles left showing in the car when I got back from going out to dinner. I plugged it in and 1hr and 42min later it was fully charged! I think it's meeting its spec nicely. I paid $845 on Amazon prime and it was delivered two days later with no shipping charge. ChuckJ
  14. Installed my Siemens VC30BLKB 30-Amp Bottom Fed VersiCharge Electric Vehicle Charger today and so far, it's working great. Tomorrow will be the first opportunity to see the length of time it takes to fully charge the car. ChuckJ
  15. My Ford mobile not working today. Is anyone else having that issue? ChuckJ
  16. Ford had new interns design the trunk. ;) Hopefully they will get a clew and fix all the issues other than the weak gas shocks with an update. ChuckJ
  17. After a week or so of driving, re-set your lifetime and you'll see it go up as it's based on past history and at the beginning you tend to sit with it idling checking things out. ChuckJ
  18. But then remember it goes to hybrid mode and you actually have a little more. I've run it down tight and never had the engine come on even when the destination is slightly outside the circle. ChuckJ
  19. It's funny how people focus on paying for the whole car with the gas savings. I like the smooth, quite ride bonus!!! (but I'm not elated with the trunk space). ChuckJ
  20. You can put it in the holding area of the center console an just lock the car if you want. Then you don't have to have anything in your pocket at all. ChuckJ
  21. I'm finding that best mileage comes from using EV later on the highway and EV now around town. ChuckJ
  22. Got back from the trip and the car started just fine. ChuckJ
