  1. I just received the letter from Ford regarding Safety Recall Notice 23S33 / NHTSA Recall 23V-440. The letter says not to charge the battery fully. It goes on to say that Ford has not issued instructions to stop driving the vehicle. Reading between the lines it appears that until Ford has a fix for this problem the car should only be driven as a hybrid. I am interested in hearing from other owners what they make of this situation. Robert
  2. Just got off of a chat session with a customer service agent at Ford. She told me that it is no longer possible for owners to get VHRs from their cars. VHRs are only available by taking the car to a dealer.
  3. We had to use a combination of FordPass and MyFord Mobile to get our phones to communicate with the car. Once we did that, we only use MyFord Mobile. I can't find anything about VHRs in the manual or in MyFord Mobile. The only place I have found a way to try and access the VHR is using my account on the Ford website and going to My Account > My Ford Vehicles > Details. However, when I try and run a VHR I get this:
  4. I get a "No data received from vehicle" error when I try to run a health check report from my account on Ford's website. If your vehicle is equipped with SYNC® Connect, once activated, you'll be able to see your Vehicle Health Alerts & Vehicle Health Report. Does the Fusion Titanium have SYNC® Connect? If it does; how do I activate it?
  5. Awesome, thanks! My version of the manual is missing the bit about waiting for the second beep.
  6. The way our Jeep Grand Cherokee works is that it detects the key fob being carried by the person who unlocks the car and recalls the memory setting linked to that key fob. Not sure how the Fusion will handle this issue.
  7. I am having problems linking my key fobs to the memory seat 1/2 options. The manual says to hold the 1 or 2 seat memory button for 3 seconds until I hear a beep and then press the lock button on the key fob that I want to associate with the saved setting. It doesn't work.
  8. Just purchased a 2020 Metallic Titanium Energi. Really enjoying it. Never owned a hybrid before. Lot's to learn. Already got a a question answered in the forum. It's a great resource.
  9. It appears that both Low and Grade Assist do engine braking for extended downhill driving. Which is preferred? Should I ever use both?
