I hesitate to go to the dealer. When I went for an issue with my Focus Electric, the service guy was adamant that I was using a third-party app. He refused to believe that it was an official Ford app until I deleted my car from FordPass and re-added it in front of him so he could see the redirect screen.
I'm hoping they have some resolution for this issue. As I mention before, I do enjoy the app, for what it is.
