Hello All, Could you please help me with a problem. I put on charging my Plugin, but battery its charge only 2-3 km (8%). I checked battery cooling fans s and found neither of them would turn on even though I am only getting the code for the one. I only get about 5 miles out of a charge because I assume it heats up too much and kills the charging to protect itself. I find it hard to believe that both fans would go out at the same time, so i replace two fans from other ford fusion, but the same didn’t working ..I’m out of ideas ... Has anyone else seen something like this?
