Did anyone get theirs resolved?

I know this post is a bit older but mine started doing that today. It would say on my screen one minute it was over 178 outside forever then just drop to 50 and not move when it was actually 81 today. I have a 2019 Fusion with 25000 miles on it and have never had any issues with my 2nd oil change 2/3 weeks ago from the dealer.
