I've been running into this same issue, I have two of these chargers and only the one plugged into the 14-50 has the issue. it is very intermittent and annoying. would not recommend these chargers to anyone in the future

I have a 2017 with 125k on it, my winter range is down to 8-9 miles a charge and my summer range is around 12-13 miles just to note even when it was new i was only getting 16 miles on my normal commute 73mph for 32 miles each way flat freeway
