The female end is an SAE J1772. I need to know what the male end is, the one that plugs into the residential receptacle. I won't be burning my house down. Although I am not an Electrician I have repaired service panels and replaced buss bars with permits pulled from the county. If I run into trouble I will ask my partner who is a master Electrician. You are correct that if I am not qualified I should seek help. thanks!

My dog chewed on the male plug and I need to replace it. Does anyone know what it is called? I know it has the usual 3 wires, red,green and white plus it has 2 low voltage wires that are brown and blue. Pretty sure the brown one goes to some type of heat resistor, couldn't figure out what or where the blue low voltage goes to. I am not an electrical person as you can tell but I sure don't want to buy a new complete charger for the want of a male plug. Any advice? thanks
