No under hood soundproof insulator for 2019 Fusion Energi??

It looks like they missed it at the factory it's not only a sound deadner but a heat insulator to keep the paint from blistering from engine heat -
It is located in the fuel tank there is no service interval it is considered a lifetime part

Try this before you get to carried away voice coils are known to go bad either swap left to right or find a cheap 4 0hm speaker and plug it into the side that is making noise. When voice coils go bad they will make a rattle sound of like something is scraping. Remember KISS it's usually a simple solution -
It's not the build date but the in service date is when the warranty begins ie when the car was first titled
