  1. Yup, it shows up in both accounts. On MFM, it shows as "unconfirmed," of course. Certainly where I park at night there should be good signal. Weekdays I park in a garage and signal is probably weak. Spent this past weekend driving all over the place, many hours of driving (not sure if the modem is active while driving). My car has less than 15,000 miles on it. Possible I have warranty coverage that could be transferred? I hadn't even thought of that.
  2. Fuse is good. Guessing the modem is probably just not working. Are there any ways to test basic functionality? From what I gather, if it was simply not plugged in as has been reported, it wouldn't display the CPPM ESN number. I'm probably out of luck and need to visit the dealer.
  3. Thanks Murphy. The only trim pieces I see on that rear deck are the child seat attach point things and speaker grills. One of the grilles is empty inside, maybe that's the secret passage way, but I think it has something to do with the subwoofers or some other audio magic. I didn't think to check the fuse, I'll do that tonight. I've got no SD card in my nav slot, so that's probably why the clock won't set itself automatically.
  4. I've got a 2016 Fusion Energi (owned less than a year) and haven't been able to get the "my go time" and other things to work. I've tried hooking up to the car via MFM, but cannot get the message to display in the car giving the option to control it. I've set up the account on a computer and tried multiple times to connect. I've been lurking on here reading posts about resetting the modem, so instead of pulling the #10 fuse, I tried a reset and a "hard reset" (disconnecting the 12v battery and the HV battery for a while). In both cases, it appears to be resetting, but I don't think it's completing the reset because for one thing, my radio presets remain and I'd imagine a hard reset would at least wipe that kind of data. Am I wrong? I've checked the CPPM ESN and it DOES begin with a T, so I do think my modem was updated/replaced at some point. I don't know where the modem is located (it's not under the rear deck that I can see), so I can't confirm that it's plugged in. Is there another way to confirm the modem is functioning? Any other ways of resetting things? One potential clue, in the clock set portion, the option to automatically set the clock is grayed out, I can't select it.
