I've used Helms since 1995 to service cars starting with my Ford Taurus SHO. I visited Helms before posting here. When I first saw the listing for the 2014 Complete Car Service information DVD for $1,450, I thought that was "reasonable" compared to $2,700 for a year online access. There is a Fusion Hybrid Service Information CD-ROM which may be the section specifically for hybrids only. But for $100, I would prefer Complete Car Service info. Let's say I'm wrong and the CDROM actually has everything. At $186, it's the same question - are there 20 or even 10 people willing to participate in a group purchase?
