I have been driving for almost 30 years now and never had a flat tire. Naturally, now that I have a car with no spare tire I got a flat. Completely my fault though, hit the curb and it blew a hole in the sidewall. I do like the plug idea though. I think I will have to get one and hope that if it happens again, between the plug and compressor I will be covered.

Somehow I missed that button. That will definitely make it better although I will never understand their logic on this one. Thanks

Thanks, I will try that. I turned voice off using the touch screen and it reverted to the chimes and those were the only 2 options. I will try it using sync button and see if that works.

I kinda of figured I was stuck with it. I actually have a 07 Ford f150 that has it but at least when you turn off voice prompts its completely quiet. The fusion goes to the chimes instead of voice plus cuts off the radio so there is no ignoring it. I imagine they consider it improved over the 07 version. Oh well, other than that and Sync I love the car.

I got the navigation to tell me what exits to take not the ones not to take. Went from nc to ny and was on 81 for almost 300 miles. In that span I crossed over 12 to 15 other main highways to have the system stop the music to alert me not to get off the exit. By the time I got to the exit I needed I ignored it thinking it was another false alarm until it was to late and had to turn around . Is there any way to disable this "feature"? Is this just a ford thing or is it like having to agree to what ever you agree to every time you use the navigation that are on all car navigation systems?

I have found that I have been averaging 44 to 46 miles per gallon in just hybrid mode as well. I did a few road trips this summer and checked mileage with gas used and it was very close to what car had estimated.
