bump - anyone else had this issue? tried again last week and the scan failed. still running software v 2.0 over here...

i am having same issue now with my 2017. last successful scan 15 December 2017. anyone have the scuttlebutt?

Long time follower, first time registrant/poster here. My MFM went dark for three days. I did pull fuse 10/11 (it’s a 3-legged combination fuse) for five minutes. It was not easy to access or remove. However, when I reinstalled it, I immediately started getting push notifications on my phone from failed remote starts over the past three days. All appears to be well again. Thanks!
