About NoVaEVluv

  1. The late availability thing for the seats and the heated steering wheel, does that mean that if I ordered one this weekend, it wouldn't have either of those things?
  2. Is this on top of the $3750 "incentive" that is the tax rebate? Nice. I haven't gotten mine yet.
  3. Glad you all think it's as bad as I do! I have no idea how they ended up with a payment that high. VA does require personal property tax, which is rolled into the payment, as well as sales tax (which is only 3% on a vehicle). With ONLY the driver assist package selected, they obviously thought they saw a female sucker walk through their door! They quoted me a lease on a Ford Focus Electric too - $430 a month! Insane.
  4. We were looking to lease a Fusion Energi, with a driver assist package and adaptive cruise control. The dealership told us that the lease would be $682.32 a month with $2,000 down. That does include the $70.31/month personal property tax that Virginia charges, but still, over $600 a month sounds insane for a three year lease. Residual was 53%, they're basing it on $49707 base price, $3750 "rebate" (the tax rebate). 3 years, 12,000 miles. I showed them what I got from the X-plan ($325 a month for the same car) and they claimed that that doesn't include taxes, title, license, all that stuff. I feel like taxes title and license would NOT raise the price $300 a month. Are they trying to hoodwink me? SHould I try going directly through the X-plan site?
