Hello everyone, so I bought a 2017 Ford Energi three months ago, at first I was getting 21 EV miles at full charge, there was also a day that I got 29 EV miles, now at month 3 I'm getting 11-12 EV miles at full charge. This is what the display says before moving the car. I live in CA , so the weather is pretty much consistent. Should this be a battery warranty?

How acceptable is to have a new Ford Fusion Energi for only 3 months and the life of the battery is half drained? The car is advertised at 21 EV miles . I am now fully charging at 11-12 EV miles. Is this not acceptable? I am taking my car in for maintenance next Saturday. I will be asking about battery warranty, new battery cost and finding out how GREEN it really is to own an Energi vehicle if we are having to purchase an expensive battery every so many miles or months. I am also experiencing a drop on GAS mileage when running on EV. Anyone out there with the same issue?
