Thanks Murphy. I checked the forums and found out about the modem replacement program. Working with the dealer to find out a time to bring it in to get any and all outstanding recalls taken care of.

Hello all! I just purchased a 2013 FFE and I'm loving this car. Its the first car I've bought the I actually wanted as opposed to "Eh, I need something to get to point a to point b." Anyhoo I purchased it used and I was wanting to know if their was a way to reset all the radio presets? I've done the master reset when trying to get MFM to work (looks like the modem needs to be updated) but none of the radio presets were changed. Anybody else have any ideas?
