Yesterday I was driving and put my moonroof in the vent position. Now I can't get it to close open or do anything. No response for hitting any of the buttons. Any insight?

Hello All, I am the new owner of a 15FFE. I was driving today and my moonroof got stuck in the vent position. Any help?
