I have a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi and my car hasn't been able to sync with My Ford Mobile since 09/18/2018. I have not been able to get help from Ford. Is anyone else having problems.

Does anyone know of a mileage log that is for Hybrid cars, I noticed that MyFordMobile only keeps 7 days of trips, I am curious because I used mileage logs for my gas cars.

I just got my car and it's a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi SE. The remote doesn't have the auto start but I was told I could open the windows with my remote. How do I do that

I purchased a used 2016 Ford Fusion Energi with 24,000 miles on it. I have not taken delivery of the car yet, the mechanics have had ito for the following issues.
1. Nended new 12 volt battery
2. After battery was installed module was out
3. Once the module was replaced another module went out
4. When both modules were replaced Ford said it needed a wiring hatness.
5. Apparently the wiring harness is for the transmission.
Car will not be fixed until next week.
My question is to anyone who has this car is it reliable?...

Do you like your car I am worried about the dependability now. Is this a car worth investing in.

I just purchased a used 2016 Energi SE, the 12v battery was dead, the dealer replaced it and then said about 4 hours later the car wouldn't start again. My question is those of you who own 2016 do you have this problem and how did you fix it. Also would you recommend this car, is it good or bad.

Hi I disconnected my negative battery cable for 30 minutes restarted my car and it worked. I do have a case number from MyfordMobile and my local dealer couldn't figure it out.
