For everyone waiting for their modem...don't feel like you're missing out... I got mine replaced on February 22nd, and MFM hasn't worked since. Now I can't set Value Charge times at my house..I have to remember to go outside every night right before bed to plug in my Fusion Energi.... As soon as your modem gets replaced, odds are high that everything will stop working... I had to wait a month for mine... Let's hope the MFM team "working on it" actually comes up with a fix soon! This is ridiculous, but makes me a bit more at ease knowing I wasn't going crazy.

I'm quite happy I stumbled across this forum. I have a 2014 Fusion Energi, and the app etc. worked great, until the modem replacement. Now, I can't get MFM to work (Actually I can't get the confirmation screen after re-adding the car to MFM). The ratings on the Google Play store are thrashing the new MFM app; however, I wonder if this is a combination of MFM and the new modem/software as this string indicates. Has anyone gotten their MFM to start to work (the last post was 2 months ago in March).... Please advise? Do I head to the dealer (again?)....
