Hi, I noticed a humming sound coming from the back of the car while it was charging in the garage. Is this normal? I'm assuming it's some kind of cooling fan for the battery? My second question is, is the the "P" supposed to stay lit up while charging? Mine does. Wasn't sure if it's supposed to. Thanks!

Ok thanks. I've had my car for a week and I'm already enjoying the MPG. Haven't had a chance to plug it in yet.

So let's say I have it on value charging starring at 9pm. When I get home from work at 6pm, I'll plug in my car and nothing will happen until 9pm right? Also, Do I need to unplug as soon as it's done charging? And is charging it everyday ok? I commute long distances to work everyday so I know I'm going to use the battery up everyday.

Hi! I just bought my 2017 Energi today. What a beautiful car. Can't wait to drive it! My apartment complex has a charging box where I can plug in. The problem is the receptacle is for a NEMA 6-50 240V plug. This is a 32amp box and most chargers on the market are NEMA 6-20 (16amp). Is there an adapter I can use? I've searched the internet and haven't been able to find one. I'm clueless on the electrical part but I'm assuming the amps (16 vs 32) has a lot to do with it. Please help!!! Thanks!!
