  1. Towerdecals.com or emblemoverlays.com you can get pretty much any color combo you want. They’re just vinyl so they come off easily whenever you need
  2. For me I’ve only done cosmetic mods. Plasti dipped wheels, grille and fogs. Vinyl wrapped window trim and door handle chrome, also I have a 17 so I wrapped the chrome strip on the back. Finally I got head and taillight tint from lamin-x. They make pre cut overlays for all the outer lights.
  3. Obviously everyone’s driving habits and driving conditions are different, I’m in SoCal two miles from the beach and lately I’ve been getting 29 Miles a charge. Curious to hear others Cheers
  4. Ok so you cut multiple pieces as opposed to one giant one? I had my grille plastidipped at a shop so they took the whole bumper off to do it I found this thread on 2gfusions http://www.2gfusions.net/showthread.php?tid=4049 Also, Check out towerdecals.com they have sick vinyl emblem overlays with a bunch of different colors. I got CF with blue ford lettering and it's soooo sick. I just ordered pre cut taillight, headlight and foglight tint from lamin-x because the vinyl I applied to my tails is peeling around the edges. I got charcoal for the tailights and gunsmoke for the heads. I'll post a new thread one I get everything applied
  5. How'd you do the outer grill wrap? Definitely want to do that to mine
  6. Love love love it! I'm in the same boat, the window trim isn't PERFECT but it's pretty damn good for awhile. Yours looks perfect man I love it. I really wanna have a project car one day I know they can be money pits but there's nothing like that satisfaction of saying "I built that". I want a RWD coupe for my next car. I've only ever driven FWD econoboxes and they serve their purpose for sure but I really want to experience some of that RWD pleasure. Enjoy looking back at your Energi every time you park, I get a little smile every time I do. I'm trying to decide if I wanna do the hood scoop in CF but I'm not sure it that would be overkill
  7. That's awesome man. I would love to one day to be able to have a daily and a track/weekend toy. What mods have you made to the S2K? There's a stanced one in my neighborhood with exhaust and all sorts of goodies. They're such under appreciated cars imo
  8. Looking good man!! The carbon fiber is such a nice subtle touch in my opinion. I've yet to see ANY kind of 2017 fusion with thee chrome strip blacked out (personally) and the carbon fiber adds a little bit of class. I need to re do my fogs. Plasti dipped them when I first got the car but I think I need to swap it out for some cf wrap after seeing yours. Is that a Z3? Looks dope, especially with the brass monkeys
  9. I had my grille plasti dipped. He took the whole bumper off to do it but if you look at 2gfusions.net you'll probably find a way to do it with out removing the bumper. I've heard that the vertical slats pop out but I've never tried. I debadged as well, it's a lot easier to clean the car in those certain areas. Tread lightly with tinting your lights. Vivid makes a good vinyl but they have a couple different kinds that get sent out from amazon so it's not consistent. I recently tried VHT nightshade and I do not recommend it unless you take the lights out.
  10. JayyO, Welcome to the club. Lots of good info on this site. See my previous post I made. I wrapped my chrome trim and window pillars with carbon fiber vinyl and I love it. Definitely go vinyl instead of plasti dip
  11. When I first leased this thing I got the grill, rims and chrome strip and letters all plasti dipped. Window trim was bugging me so I stumbled upon carbon fiber vinyl. Wrapped all my window trim with it and peeled off the plasti dip on the chrome strip on the back and wrapped that. Also I debadge all together to make it less busy. Finally I just tinted the tail lights and I'm very happy with how they came out. I'm debating on doing the hood scoop carbon fiber but it might be a little much. Cheers! https://imgur.com/a/XNgqL Edit: I also wrapped the gas cover and charge cover in carbon fiber. I'll post pics later
  12. Towards the end of 2016 and the beginning of this year I saw an Energi commercial quite often. In fact, it's what led me to lease the car because of the incentives going on at the time. Now, I only see ads for the regular Fusion and for the Escape, but haven't seen an Energi commercial in a little while.
  13. Looks awesome! Did the same thing to mine https://imgur.com/a/e77LC
  14. So I finally got this issue resolved...I think. On Sunday I got a notification from my Ford mobile saying that my alarm went off. The service center at my dealer is closed on sundays so it was really strange. I called the dealer and they said everything was fine. Monday I told the service manager about it and he said that they were going to replace the 12v battery to hopefully fix all the issues. Ford engineering had recommended this to them so that's what they ended up doing. Fortunately, I got the one service advisor who actually saw the light on to sign the work order and they changed the wordage to how I wanted it. So while they were never able to recreate the issue, they said replacing the battery should solve the issues. Because the dealer had my car 2 weeks, I had them gas, charge, wash/detail and they are pro-rating my lease for this month. I'm just glad to have my car back!
  15. Nope. Just turned the car on one morning and it was on.
  16. Will definitely do this. Thank you for the suggestion!! Gotta get some sort of documentation for sure
  17. I actually spoke with a lemon law attorney yesterday. He told me the next time it happens to record a video of the light being on and the odometer reading. All I have right now is the initial paper work that only says "customer states orange wrench light came on". The service mechanic saw it when I dropped the car off but essentially I have no "proof" of it ever being on.
  18. Nope. Don't know a darn thing. It's baffling how the service manager, engineering, and the owner of the dealer cannot give me an answer. The dealer compared the whole situation to "like when a light comes on the TV".
  19. They've had the car for 10 days now and after getting Ford engineering involved, no one can figure it out. I guess the good news is they said the light is off, but it's been a frustrating week and a half. I've argued with the owner of the dealer and gotten corporate involved. The service manager said I should be able to get the car back on Monday. As a poster said above, Ford is has REALLY shown their true colors on me and I honestly can't wait to pay my disposition fee in 2 years and move on from them. I am going to ask them to pro-rate my lease for the time they had the car, in addition to fueling and charging it up. That's the least they could do in my opinion.
  20. So my car has been at the dealer for a week and I had to call this morning to get some sort of explanation. 4 different trouble codes came up and they can't pin point what exactly is triggering the problem. Guy said they drove it the past two days and they can figure out what the problem is. Ugh
  21. Nope they haven't read the code yet as far as I know. At least they swapped the Fiesta for an Escape so I'll be happy until it gets fixed up. My fusion didn't have any of the same symptoms as yours, I checked before I gave it to the dealer.
  22. So my car is at the dealer and the only thing they told me is that it's a hybrid specific problem and the hybrid tech has to look at it. Said it will be there through the weekend. I am so upset. This is a 2 month old car!!! And they only gave me a Fiesta as a rental so I'm also waiting on something else to rent because that thing is awful!
  23. Damn! I've been the biggest Ford guy since my old Escape literally saved my life in an accident so I hope my dealer is a little more accommodating. Taking it in a little later, will update when I learn more. Thanks for the info
