Update: Just received my HOV stickers in the mail - exactly 4 weeks to the day since application in the mail. Now, where did you folks stick them? Any pics? Thanks. Bought car on 5/25, received plates on 7/12, received stickers 8/10.

It worked! Reseated fuses 32 and 33 and voila, HD is back! Not sure what causes it or how long it will last but its better than what Ford could do for me.

Just read a post on the Blue Oval forum that someone had success in fixing the HD radio by pulling the radio fuses and reseating them 5 seconds later, Fuse # 32 and 33. It was a regular 13 Fusion but not sure if this will work for the Energi or not. Even if it does, I'm sure it will be like the windows and provide only a temporary fix. Still no word from Ford on a fix for the radio or the window on touch up.

Just got off the phone with Ford customer care manager Zachary and he tells me the same line the dealer did, Ford engineers are working on a software fix for this and the windows issue and to check back with the dealer every month for an update. What a joke. How about Ford contact us when a fix is found or replace the radios for those affected, as it doesn't occur on every unit.

The HD radio button is on but no signals are being processed where up to a day or two ago it worked great. I called SYNC Help today and they could not help... Maybe a bad radio as this may account for the distorted AM radio sound as well... Will keep you all updated. Getting nervous as this is another item on a new car that is not working reliably - one touch window up is the other which has now been reset 4 times.

Make four times. After driving home today the pax window again would not one-touch up.

Ditto. Drivers up and passenger front seat window auto up keeps needing to be reset. Three times now in three weeks. Is this a fixable item for dealer? TSB issued? Thanks

Have had car 3 weeks and noticed that the radio is no longer locking in on HD signals. Used to provide the HD logo and alternate signal on some stations and now it no longer works. Yes the HD button on the right is lit but no signals being processed. Any one else have this happen? Also noticed irritating distortion on AM stations only. Thanks

Bought my Energi 10 days ago and I'm already biting at the bit to get the HOV stickers. Need plates before sending in the application :( How long does the process take and is there a consensus about where is the best location to place them on the Energi to be in compliance yet not damage the paint? Thanks all.

A newbie question, but what is the best way you have figured out how to safely secure your charger cord while using a public Level 1 outlet? I've seen some lock them through the wheels but not sure it will work with the Energi's tight spokes.

Thanks from me too! Strange that it was working originally, but after attempting my remote all down, the front two windows would not one touch up. Everything is now back operating normally. Thakns again for the great tip!

I thought I did post the numbers. Ford is offering $2K rebate this weekend, usually it's $1.5K. Dealer discount was $4.2K off MSRP in addtion to the rebate. Used the $750 coupon to decrease price further.

Picked up my Titanium Energi yesterday: MSRP $43,280 Dealer Discount $ 4,200 Rebate $ 2,000 Coupon $ 750 Net Price $36.330 I'm good with the deal plus they gave me the number I was looking for on my trade. Now so much to learn about the car!
