  1. Thank you! this is great information to know. My go times do not work at all and they cant be set up from within the car - so I have additional issues to get through first. As for 120 v. 240 support, there is no mention of this requirement anywhere in the manuals, so is the consensus that it should work with 120? I would love to have 240 buy it is $600 for an electrician to do it and another $475 (i think) for the hardware?
  2. A bit late to the game here, but I just dropped my '17 in today as I was experiencing this same issue. lows of 15F here in DC and I had to pry it open. I have zero confidence that they will come back with a solution. It appears as though this dealership has very little experience with Energi's.
  3. Duane - I have the same issue on my '17 Titanium. Has 1200 miles on it and have an appointment on Monday for the first (of I am sure many) attempt to get this resolved. I am afraid I may have a lemon on my hands as I have experienced the following issues since delivery on 11/15/16 - Leaking sunroof - No one touch roll up on rear windows - cannot set/edit Go Times from Sync 3 - cannot set/edit Go Times from My Ford Mobile app - Driver memory will not adjust mirrors - AM able to set go times from myfordmobile.com and they do get downloaded to both Sync 3 and Myfordmobile app, but does not actually do anything at the specified time - experiencing a noise when traveling 50 mph in Electric mode. I will hopefully get SOME answers on Monday and hopefully it does not require four new units but am almost certain it will require one to get these gremlins out - cannot set/edit Go Times from Sync 3
