  1. Yes, you need to contact someone higher up in the dealership. The person that told you that is full of you know what!
  2. Been a couple of weeks since I made the initial post about this. Still just says "searching for updates" and the last date checked is still 1/21/17. Can someone else check their Settings/General/Automatic Updates and see if theirs just continually searches for updates but never responds?
  3. I've had my 2017 Energi Titanium since 12/15/16. I'm a little OCD about updates, so every few days I make sure my Energi is connected to my WiFi in the garage and have it check for updates. This is in the General Settings, Automatic System Updates. Usually it would just spin a few seconds and say there were no updates. Now, over the last few days the icon just spins forever and eventually disappears and says "last check for updates 1/21/17." Anyone know why it would suddenly not to be able to check for updates, or is there an update pending that is too large to download. It shows the WiFi connection as Excellent. Thanks!
