I had a fuel injector replaced and service bulletin modem upgrade at the same appointment around 40,000 miles. 2014 Ford Fusion Energi. When I picked up the car, as soon as I turned the key, it showed I was in Fuel Freshness mode. I immediately inquired. My dealer service department doesn't understand the problem and wants to keep the car for several days to study it. I left it one day, they did nothing, and said they aren't sure what to do. I took my car back. I have emptied the tank and I have charged, but the car won't use the battery. Battery has 50% still after 700 miles. EV Now is unavailable. Fuel Freshness still indicated on startup. And the vehicle range tracker (mileage left in tank) is skewed--goes up and down in chunks instead of ticking down one mile at a time before I left the car with Ford. Has anyone seen this? Anyone know what to do when Ford doesn't know how to fix a 2014 Ford? Thank you.
