  1. The "vehicle motion may be disabled" had me a little concerned, so I called and took it back to the shop: CUSTOMER STATES THAT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. DIAG. READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE CUSTOMERS CONCERN. STARTED THE VEHICLE AND VERIFIED THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. BROUGHT THE VEHICLE INTO THE SERVICE BAY AND INSTALLED AN IDS TO READ THE STORED CODES. CMDTC BECM P0DBA HYBRID/EV BATTERY CELL BALANCING CIRCUIT 'D' STUCK OFF. CHECKED OASIS AND FOUND NO RELATED MESSAGES. FOLLOWED THE PINPOINT TEST. VEHICLE WAS CONNECTED TO A CHARGER TO CHARGE THE HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY FOR PINPOINT TEST. ALL TESTS PASSED. PINPOINT TEST STATED "CONCERN HAS BEEN RESOLVED BY CHARGING THE HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY" IF THE CONCERN HAPPENS AGAIN, FURTHER DIAG WILL BE NEEDED.
  2. Two days ago I took my 2016 FFE to dealer for the remainder of the 150k mile service: transmission fluid drain and refill, engine coolant drain, flush, and refill, high voltage inverter coolant drain, flush, and refill. Yesterday I got a CEL and my FordPass app sent me this message: "The powertrain control system has detected a fault in the High Voltage Battery. Vehicle motion may be disabled." Could drain, flush, refill on HV inverter have anything to do with the way too close for me to think it's coincidence check engine light and HVB warning?
  3. So add me to the list. My Go Times and Value Charge settings stopped working last week. I called two local dealers, one didn't even know what a modem was and the other just quoted me "just under $1000" since my 2016's VIN isn't part of the FSA list. I guess I'll start making complaints to corporate. And I didn't see it listed anywhere on this thread, but apparently there's a class action suit... OH wait, I just remembered when I first bought the car, they had to replace the modem because none of the features were working, must've been a 2G modem, which is maybe why my VIN wasn't covered???
  4. Anyone have one, or know anything about these? https://www.amazon.com/Duosida-Portable-Electric-Vehicle-220V-240V/dp/B01HH1Z3DS
  5. I've been trying this for 2 weeks now, since I bought my CPO 2016 FFE Titanium. I've deleted my MFM account and re-established it, using the computer and my VIN, and my ESN. I've pulled fuse number 10. The car is parked in an area that (at least according to AT&T's coverage map) has access to an AT&T cellular signal. I've PM'ed Kim. According to myfordmobile.com I'm still at step 3. I'm waiting to confirm that I want to link my car to my MFM account. So far (as for weeks now) there's nothing coming up on the screen in my car asking me to link it. It's really starting to bug me, since my garage's wiring is giving me issues with my 120V convenience charger. I'm regularly getting the flashing outlet fault, and now I've been getting the triangle exclamation point fault flashing, too. My understanding is that the MFM app would let me keep an eye on my charging. The good news is that so far, I've been fully charged every morning. My plan is to do some garage wiring investigation (add a new circuit?), but I'm also just about ready to buy a 240V EVSE - my garage has 240V NEMA 6-50P I added for a welder. Anyway, what can I do to get MFM up and running?
