Sorry for the late reply. I learned that the same as you did trial and error Larry. Still no go time for me. What version of sync am I suppose to have? any know?

I used the mobile app. But verified setting in car also. Car was on charger 2 hours before go time start. Clock is correct in the car.

I just tried the go time with. 240 charger. Didn't work with it either. Ford dealer didn't have any idea. Service dept had to get a salesman to answer some of my questions and I knew more than him.

That is my plan. It's not my fought that their salesman wouldn't work with me. I am going to need a local dealer to do maintenance so hopefully they won't turn me away. Shaggy can you send me that number just incase?

Had the car just over a week now and found some scratches in the drivers rear window looks like it happen when dealer removed window sticker. My selling dealer is in Atlanta ga. I live in south Carolina so I am going to take the car to my local dealer in sc. Do any of y'all think I will have a problem getting them to fix this since I didn't buy the car from them? Also some of the seats have whitegreyish marks in the leather gonna try to get them to remedy this also.

Has anyone gotten word back from ford about go times not working? I know one guy said he was getting the module replaced, any word if that was a fix?

What is the overhead switch with the window / off icon on it do?
