  1. My car had the same problem and the TCU update fixed it. There was a programming problem with it which caused it to drain the 12v battery faster than the system could trickle charge it on the 110v charger. I'm not sure if a 240v charger would have had the same results as I don't have one. My local Ford dealer had my car for several months trying to identify the problem and Ford eventually sent a technician out to find the problem. Car was built in Hermosillo, Mexico.
  2. Starting yesterday, my 2017 FFE Titanium has some new issues. Traction control shows off on the dash, even though it's set to On in the menu. (Turning it to off doesn't change, and going back into the menu shows that it's on). Pre-collision assist not available shows up on the left screen. Cruise control is disabled, either adaptive or normal. Neither works. Anyone else have these issues?
  3. I wish they'd fix this issue with a software update or something.
  4. it seems this happens when you try to connect to MFM and the car doesn't have cell service, which sucks for me, because I live in an area where there is no cell service. It would be nice if MFM would communicate while the car is connected to WiFi.
  5. So it appears this also affected Go Times scheduling and Charge profiles. I e-mailed MFM support and got back the following information, in case anyone else runs into this issue.
  6. I have a 2017 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium and MFM stopped updating a few days after I got it. I called into support and they said to pull a fuse (which I couldn't find at the time) but now I don't remember which fuse they said to pull. Anyone know or do I just need to call back into support? I even took it to the dealership and they said I'd need to bring it in for service so the electrical guys could take a look. I would prefer not to do a 12V cable pull because I don't want to lose any historical data. Thanks. -Tyler
