It's over the last 30 days according to the web site.

Welcome. From NJ but we were visiting my son (Milton, VT) last fall. Stopped in a local pharmacy and parked 3 spots away was the identical car as mine. 2017 Red Titanium Energi! Small world. You will love the car. After 6000 miles, my overall mileage is 74.2 mpg. Includes two trips to Vermont at 70+ on the Northway. (Shhh) Best of luck.

Just got my notification from Ford last week. "What is the issue? On your vehicle, a Powertrain Control Module (PCM) software error may cause the evaporative emission leak test monitor to malfunction. If this condition occurs there is no indication to the driver that the evaporative emission leak test monitor cannot detect a leak." Ford will reprogram the PCM "free of charge (parts and labor)" That's it.

How Do I Customize Photo of Car on MyFordMobile
rpreuss replied to Doc Rock's topic in My Ford Mobile
Yes, I used my Macbook Pro and Safari to create the account. I believe there was a drop-down menu to select the color, but it did not function. I could not select a color. If I go to "My Account" the VIN, name of the vehicle display, but the color is blank. No way to change it. :( -

How Do I Customize Photo of Car on MyFordMobile

I have the same car and the same question. In fact, I'm from NJ but visiting in VT this weekend. Pulled into a pharmacy here in Milton, VT. Virtually parked next to another 2017 Energi Titanium Ruby Red! Must be a popular car. Now, can we change the MyFordMobile picture to match? -
I've had my 2017 FFE for three weeks now and I love it. BUT - there is one thing that does not want to work correctly and is bugging me. I charge my FFE at night in the driveway and I do not want the Charge Port Ring's flashing blue lights on while it is charging. Well, Ford thought of that. There is the option in SYNC3 to select ON/OFF/LIMITED. Well, when I select "LIMITED" ("Illuminates only when plugged in, opening doors, or pressing the unlock button on your remote"), it continues to flash. So, I tried "OFF". It still behaves as if "ON" is selected. Since SYNC3 is new to the 2017MY, I was wondering if there is anyone else out there with this issue. The ring is functioning correctly otherwise. I get the acknowledgement when I plug in, I get the charge level when I unlock the door, and it does shut off when the charge is complete. So I am wondering if there is some possible "software bug". Has anyone else seen anything like this? It's just annoying that my car is advertising to anyone that passes by that it's charging and I don't need to attract them.

The good news is my "Onboard Modem Serial Number (ESN)" starts with "T5C..." so that would indicate that the 2017 Fusion has a new one.
-
Is there a way that I can determine if the modem in my 2017 Fusion Energi is 2G or 3G?
-
That is the charger that came with my 2017 Energi Titanium. Came off the line 3 weeks ago.

Spaz! With all those 3's I got carried away. there was a decimal point that I forgot to type. 73333.3 miles is more like it. As a computer person, at first I was just hoping that it was a software glitch due to all the 3's. No such luck. (I've seen things like that in real life when counters go from all 1's back to zero and blow up a program)

I currently have a 2010 Fusion Hybrid (currently ordering a 2017 Fusion Energi Titanium). It is currently under both a Ford ESP Premium warranty and the factory 8 year 100000 mile Hybrid Component Warranty. The high voltage battery cable that goes from the HVB to the engine compartment failed and had to be replaced. According to Ford, it was not covered by either warranty because "It is a battery cable and is excluded." FYI it is a $1104.23 'WIRE - BATTERY" pn 14300 B. I guess not too many of those fail. Car had 733333 miles when it died.
