I have the same issue where the car just will not update when at work, however it works just fine at home. This is an AT&T issue that Ford needs to fix. I paid for a car that promised 5 years of MFM. If I can't access the car because they didn't have the foresight to use a modern antenna design, that's what you might call a material breach of the agreement Ford promised me. Ford needs to get a plan together and replace these 2G antennas, AT&T is actively turning off 2G service nationwide, in some places well before the 12/31/16 date.
