Anybody having trouble with the traffic information on the Nav system? I have a 2015 and while Nav is still working, it no longer shows traffic on the roadways. I have tried re-setting, and all the other settings I can find. Just happened in last month. I thought maybe it was a short glitch, but not coming back. Thanks for any thoughts

I have a question on the 5.7 KWr as full. MyFordMobil says I use 4.7 on drive where I go down to 0 battery. However, ChargePoint says it takes 5.7 to recharge. That is with no use of the 12 volt battery. I know there is not a 20 percent loss of efficiency in the ChargePoint charger. Thoughts?

My 2016 fusion has a "time needed to charge" indicator. When it was new, and fully charged, it would start out 0 hours when full. About a year ago, it would read .1 hours on 110, 0 hours on 220 when full. This summer it went to .2 hours on 110, .1 on 220 when full. This week it now reads .3 on 110, .1 on 220, when full. I know batteries have reduced use time as they age, is that what is causing this read out? It never says 0 hours to charge anymore. Thanks

I think you can see the amount of energy you use on your myford account. look on the "my driving page" and switch the chart to energy used

Did you get this figured out? I just had alignment after similar issue and notice a slight pull to left on acceleration, and pull back to the right when letting off the accelerator

Mine is 2016. Same exact problem

I had the modem replacement done Friday. Since then when I charge, my read out on both my phone and computer says "10 Miles" , whether it is empty, or fully charged. Car says 24, or 0 when empty. Is there a reset button somewhere for the on line thing? Not major, just annoying.

I just received notice that Ford is going to upgrade if you are still under warranty.

I have noticed that when I either remote start, or use "go" times on a fully charged battery, it uses battery power and does not recharge. So, if I start remotely 5 minutes before I want to leave it uses batter power that is not then re-charged. Is there a setting to fix this?

Thanks all for the input. you are right, it is working but is so low that it does not register on either android. Put a plug in with adapter and works fine.

Anyone know how to get the USB port to charge a phone? It connects, but does not charge. I have tried two different phones.

I have a new Energi and when I try to use waypoint to interim destination on my way to final destination, it does not guide me there. It shows as entered, but just lets me drive by offram. I have tried both verbal and touchpad entering. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks

Hello. New to forum and just got 2016 Energi 2 days ago. Am trying to figure out economics. When you talk about 7.2 Kwhr, is that what it is taking from the outlet if it is at 0 charge when started? So, if I figure out what my per Kwhr charge is from SDGE, multiply that time 7.2 to figure out what the 20 +/- miles is costing me? Thanks for any help.
