The Myford Mobile services worked on my 2014 Energi for a few days after the new modem was installed and now isn't working. the Dealer doesn't seem to know what the problem is after having the car for most of the day. Would the 2014 have the same problem as the 2016 and 2017 or is this a different problem?

Mine worked for a few days after the new modem was installed. Now the MyFord mobile services and the GO Times don't function. I Haven't checked the charging profiles so that may not be working as well. The Dealership is still trying to get an answer from the factory. Hopefully someone on here will report the solution soon.

I know this is an old thread but I would also like to find a smaller key fob. I would be fine if it didn't even have any buttion just the wireless function to unlock the door when you put your hand in the handle and allow you to start the car. Has anyone found a good solution yet?
