When I put my car in reverse and there is another car coming, I get a audible alert, but it is not very loud, is there a way to increase the volume?

I ordered a 2015 Fusion Energi Titanium the end of September, I finally took delivery on December 6th. Seems the color I wanted (Bronze Fire) was a special order and I had to wait. Now that I have it, I love it!

I just purchased my new 2015 Energi Titanium. I use the navigation system for the first time, it displayed the route I wanted but did not give verbal turn by turn directions. How do you turn it on?
