Anyone know if the FFE's can use the new Tesla Superchargers to charge up?

Im wondering if anyone knows which is better for fuel efficiency, windows down or air conditioning on as it pertains to EV driving and Hybrid Driving. Are they the same? Wondering if anyone has any input on the matter.

Does anyone out there know if it is alright to leave the FFE plugged in even after it finishes completely charging? Say, like all day and night. I like to keep it plugged in because I never know if I will have to run out, and I just want to make sure that I am not harming the battery. Thanks.
