thanks for this post and the great pics. I decided to do the same to my fusion as well. Definitely worth it! I just need to be more patient next time in between coats.

I have a 2014 Fusion Energi Titanium that I bought in August and I also have been having the rattling issue. Mine seems to come from the drivers side rear part of the car. I took it in once and they secured the rocker panels which didn't do anything. The second time they replaced something(I'm not sure what at the moment, but i'll update when I find my paperwork). That seemed to work for a couple weeks, but now the rattle is back. Not as loud as before, but is definitely there. Very frustrating.

Any updates? Pics?

Question....I bought the 6 year 125k plan with $100 deductible, if I were to take my car in now(currently have 9k miles) for some warranty items would I have to pay the deductible or does that start after the initial 36k mile factory warranty? I know when I had my Infiniti the deductible didn't have to be paid until the 60k miles factory warranty was up. Thanks in advance.

I'm targeting about the same 35psi. They feel good at that pressure so far. As for the wheels, I am loving the way they look and drive. They definitely have more traction and the road noise is still super quiet.

I'm in the Phoenix area as well. I bought my FFE 2 weeks ago. The first tank of gas was driving from LA(where I bought the car) to Phx. I got about 550 miles to that tank. the 2nd tank is a little better, I am on track for 800 miles to the tank assuming i keep the same driving method. I have nothing to compare against since I am still learning. My commute right now is about 8 miles each way to work and then about 150 miles+ on the weekends visiting family/running errands.

I've been looking for a little while and have finally purchased my Fusion Energi titanium. I live in AZ and there have been no energi's in stock here for a few weeks. I did however find one in California that had all the options I wanted so I flew out there and then drove this beauty back. I had the tint applied almost instantly(15% front driver and passenger window, 5% everywhere else) love this car and can't wait to be a part of the forum. Future Mods: 19" H Spoke rims. Ecoboost dual exhaust conversion.
