You can go ahead and add me too if you don't mind. I ordered an Energi Ti on February 16. I'm in Texas.

Thank you for this thoughtful and thorough post. It was very helpful and saved me from doing the calculations myself.

I feel even more fortunate now. Would you mind PMing me your address so I can send you something I picked up for you in Austin this week? I will also see about having the incentive and coupon added to my order as well.

For those of you with an iPad, there is a really nifty Fusion brochure app available for the iPad. It is interactive, and allows you to watch videos, see the different ambient light colors available on the Titanium and much more. I just downloaded it (free) and am having fun playing around with it. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/2013-fusion/id572503203?mt=8 Edit: Unfortunately it doesn't come with a $750 voucher ;)

There was an article in the paper yesterday saying that five San Antonio dealers will be receiving their EV certification by the Spring. Glad I took that leap of faith, and nice to know I won't have to drive up to Austin for maintenance!

We ordered the White Platinum. Then she realized both my parents drive cars that same color and decided she was too young for it. Now she wants Ruby Red. Keep in mind she originally wanted Bordeaux Reserve and I wanted black. The models on the lot were all dusty and the Ruby Red and Diamond White both looked best a little dirty. She isn't quite as fanatical about keeping her car as clean as I am, so that helped.

We placed our order on Saturday. My dealer experience was fantastic. We had visited 3 other dealers in this quest and the salesman that Shaggy led me to was far and away the best one we dealt with. He actually knew more about the car than I did, which was a nice change of pace. Thank you Shaggy. Of course my wife has already changed her mind about the color. This could be either good or bad since the dealer has one in the color she changed to on the way already. Hopefully it's not already bought. Will find out soon enough. Also Shaggy if you wouldn't mind PMing me your address I have something I'd like to send you as a thanks. All your hard work saved me a considerable amount of money and or time and it is very much appreciated. Also thanks to all the posters here who helped me make a very informed decision.

That would make sense. Does the brochure coupon have the same exclusions as the email one I posted?
-
I should probably make a thread for this, but I just got my $750 private offer via email today. I was hoping that would happen. I responded to all their email surveys and questions hoping it would trigger one, it did. The coupon claims not good on hybrids so I guess I will test that one. Do the brochure coupons say the same? Offer expires 4/8/2013.

Thanks for the information. Once I get a coupon in my hot little hands I will head up there and consummate the deal. Should be relatively easy as I will be up there for work nearly all of next week.

Shaggy thanks for the PM info, I would reply but you can't even reply to PMs without 50 posts. Ha! Once I go up and order I will make sure that you have two steak dinners coming your way.

The Titanium Hybrid and gas models only offer black interior as well.

Excellent and thank you. I am done looking and am ready to sign with one caveat. I have ordered the brochures in hopes of getting the coupon. That is applied when the vehicle arrives, not when ordered, correct?

That is what I was thinking as well. There is a black on black Titanium going in at Maxwell but they are selling them for sticker. I read that you got yours for $300 over invoice, is that right? You read my mind, I just got the sticker quote from Maxwell and was coming here to ask for your guy. Would it be ok if I used your name? Sorry I would have PMed all this but I don't have enough posts yet. Thanks again everyone. Also, Maxwell is telling me that they aren't requiring maintenance on the ICE for 150,000 miles but that certainly doesn't sound right. Even if they are using synthetic I would assume it would require at least an oil change every 15-20k miles.

My wife and I have decided to buy either a Hybrid or an Energi, but we have a bit of a dilemma. We are in San Antonio and there aren't as of now any EV certified dealers in town. There are a few 70 miles North in Austin. While buying a car 70 miles away doesn't present much of an issue, if maintenance is going to be required to be done at an authorized EV dealer, there is an issue. I read recently that 900 (or 1 in 3) dealers will have EV certification by Spring. Of course, I am unable to find a list of which dealers will be certified. Has anyone seen what the recommended service intervals are for the Energi, and if so what they entail? By the way I have lurked these forums for the past week or two and have learned a lot of things, so thank you all for your posts.
